  • Saturday 6th January 2007 Red Dragon Day in the Clubrooms
    All NMRA members invited to bring their HO-american models to run on Holton Junction. All Barry & Penarth members welcome to attend, others strictly by invitation only.

  • Sat/Sun 6th - 7th January 2007 South Wales Model Show, Rhondda Sports Centre, Ystrad. It is unlikely that the club will have a layout at this show this time.

  • Saturday - Sunday 20-21 January 2007 Calne Model Show, White Horse Leisure Centre, Calne, Wilts.
    Rimenough, Simon's new layout has been invited. He will need some help to man the layout on both days.

  • Saturday 10th March 2007 Red Dragon Day in the Clubrooms
    All NMRA members invited to bring their HO-american models to run on Holton Junction. All Barry & Penarth members welcome to attend, others strictly by invitation only.

  • Friday - Sunday 6th to 8th April 2007 Furness Model Railway Club 45th Annual Model Railway & Transport Exhibition. Venue – Forum 28, Duke Street, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria. Devil's Creek has been invited

  • Friday - Sunday 4th - 6th May, 39th Bristol Model Railway Show, in Thornbury, Gloucestershire.

  • Tuesday 8th May, Annual General Meeting (date is confirmed) in the clubrooms above the Cadoxton Conservative Club.

  • Saturday 12th May 2007 Red Dragon Day in the Clubrooms
    All NMRA members invited to bring their HO-american models to run on Holton Junction. All Barry & Penarth members welcome to attend, others strictly by invitation only.

  • Saturday 19th May 2007 - DEMU Day in the clubrooms.
    All members of the Diesel and Electric Modellers United (DEMU) are invited to bring their British outline diesel and electric models to run on Holton Junction (OO gauge) or Machynlleth (N gauge). All Barry & Penarth members welcome to attend, others strictly by invitation only.

  • Sat/Sun 9th-10th June 2007, The Club have been invited by the Vale of Glamorgan Railway to participate in the Barry Vintage Transport Festival. We will provide a display of model railways in the Board Room at Barry Island Station. The Kingswell Fairground has been requested.

  • Saturday 16th June 2007 ArdenRail in Arden School, Knowle near Solihull, West Midlands. Devil's Creek has been accepted. Vanessa and Mike will need some support for the day.

  • Saturday 14th July 2007 Red Dragon Day in the Clubrooms
    All NMRA members invited to bring their HO-american models to run on Holton Junction. All Barry & Penarth members welcome to attend, others strictly by invitation only.

  • Sunday 22nd July 2007 Penarth Show in the Paget Rooms. Date now confirmed by Penarth Town Council. This is the club's major exhibition held every second year. More details to follow shortly. This show is part of the Penarth Festival.

  • Friday/Saturday 27th-28th July 2007 - 3rd Annual Porthcawl Model Railway Show at Trinity Methodist/United Reformed Church in John Street, Porthcawl. The club is supporting the show with an O-gauge shunting layout Porthiain, together with a display of O-gauge stock from the pre-group railways of South Wales.

  • Sunday 12th August 2007 - Aberaeron Model Railway Show have invited us again this year. Cwmderi has been offered. John will need some assistance.

  • Saturday 8th September 2007 Red Dragon Day in the Clubrooms
    All NMRA members invited to bring their HO-american models to run on Holton Junction. All Barry & Penarth members welcome to attend, others strictly by invitation only.

  • Sat/Sun 15th - 16th September 2007 10th Anniversary Vintage Engine and Steam Fair at the Rhondda Heritage Park in Trehafod includes a model railway show. Abbeywood has been accepted. Mike C. is looking for assistance from club members.

  • Sat/Sun 29th - 30th September 2007 - The Lydney Model Railway Show have invited us again. Scharps Park has been offered. David T. will require some assistance on both days.

  • Saturday 10th November 2007 Red Dragon Day in the Clubrooms

  • Saturday 17th November 2007 The Club's OpenDay in the clubrooms above the Cadoxton Conservative Club.

  • Sat/Sun 24th-25th November 2006, Model Railway Show in Pontypridd. Porthian in its rebuilt form has been accepted. In addition Steve Davies has offered his new OO-gauge GWR branch terminous featuring GWR railcars. The Club and Steve Davies will need some support on both days.

  • Thursday 20th December - Club Christmas dinner in the Cadoxton Con Club downstairs.

  • Saturday 29th December - Chairman's Running Day in the clubrooms (from 12.00pm)
    Members bring your Xmas presents, bring a guest(s), run some trains - enjoy. Non-members strictly by invitation only.
